Access to the pk355 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Restriction: pk355 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended. All winnings accumulated by underage accounts will be forfeited without exception. pk355 may require documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
pk355 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the pk355 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering on pk355, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify pk355 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
pk355 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
pk355 supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk355 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions processed through supported payment channels.
The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the pk355 platform:
AML Policy: pk355 operates in full compliance with its international gaming license's anti-money laundering obligations. Any suspected attempt to use the platform for money laundering or financial fraud will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.
pk355 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback arrangements from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
General bonus conditions that apply across all pk355 promotions unless otherwise stated:
Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other method pk355 deems abusive will result in cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.
All bets and wagers placed on the pk355 platform — including sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and any other game category — are subject to the specific rules governing each product. These rules are published within the relevant section of the pk355 platform and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
All casino games offered on pk355 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing processes verified under the platform's international gaming license. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results and are independently audited on a periodic basis.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk355 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
pk355 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found in breach of this clause will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all balances, including deposited funds, may be forfeited where permitted by the platform's licensing obligations.
pk355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures and provided no bonus terms prevent withdrawal. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk355 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk355 and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk355 platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, pk355 specifically excludes liability for:
pk355's total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk355 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the pk355 Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during account registration, identity verification, and platform use — including name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and gaming activity records — is processed for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, AML obligations, and improving the player experience. pk355 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk355 holds its international gaming license. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account balance, players must first submit a formal complaint to the pk355 support team. pk355 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution authority specified under pk355's gaming license.
pk355 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the pk355 platform. The updated Agreement will specify the revised effective date.
Your continued use of the pk355 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 8.
